Customers can choose the Cash on Delivery method for payment upon receiving the product. Additionally, we offer Mobile Financial Services (MFS) to make the payment system even more convenient and reliable.
Cash on Delivery: Customers can get Cash on Delivery (COD) easily. An advance payment is required for delivery addresses Outside Dhaka. In such circumstances, the product will be delivered using a reliable courier service, and the customer will be responsible for collecting it from the nearest courier location or direct home Delivery.
Mobile Banking: Family Bazar customers can also pay through their mobile banking services. Any authorized bKash user can pay at Family Bazar by using his/her mobile wallet from anywhere in Bangladesh.
Card Payment: At Family Bazar, we accept payments made with credit or debit cards issued from Bangladesh and abroad, provided they are authorized by VISA, Mastercard, Nexus, or Amex. To complete a card payment using your credit or debit card, you will need your card number, expiry date, and OTP (One-time password) issued by your bank via SMS and email.
After selecting the delivery method, choose the gateway from the available banks. Then, choose your card type (for DBBL Nexus card payments, please select DBBL, and for City Amex card payments, please select City Bank gateway for a successful transaction). Finally, enter the required card information to complete the online payment.
Payments from any bank other than domestic banks are not accepted in either our POS or Online Payment.
